My research explores how performance, material interaction and creative practice can generate more meaningful feedback and impact systems.
My REF2021 Impact Case Study was recognised as world-leading, and I now apply those methodologies to technological innovation and organisational change.
I’m currently leading the development of Obwob, a real-time feedback app that enables organisations to capture in-the-moment insights and build a continuous record of change over time.
Alongside this, I help teams and consultancies adopt AI in ways that are creative, human-centred and grounded in real organisational contexts.
