I research and develop evidence-based frameworks for effective AI training and adoption, partnering with consultancies and organisations to document proven methodologies. I share insights through my blog, exploring the intersections of AI with institutional knowledge, creative problem-solving, and thoughtful technology adoption.

I have served as principal investigator on a Wellcome Trust-funded interdisciplinary project, served on the steering group of an international research network, and held membership of the AHRC Peer Review College.

My work includes numerous peer-reviewed publications, international conference presentations including as plenary and keynote speaker, and a REF Impact Case Study ranked world-leading.

With extensive experience in research leadership, international collaboration, and university teaching, I excel at translating complex concepts for diverse audiences—a crucial skill when helping teams understand and integrate new technologies.
