I work at the intersection of performance, technology and human experience. My research focuses on developing meaningful feedback and impact systems, informed by material performance and object-based interaction, and developing creative approaches to complex problems. I'm currently leading the development of a real-time feedback app, supported by ARC Accelerate, that enables organisations to capture in-the-moment responses and build a continuous record of impact over time.

Alongside this, I help organisations and consultancies navigate the human side of AI adoption. Drawing on performance theory, educational research and technical practice, I design training and implementation strategies that use creative industry methods to foster genuine engagement and navigate challenges from unexpected angles.
